Q: What is my current account balance?
A: Use our Internet banking or telephone banking 1-877-886-1600 to check your balance anywhere, at any place, at any time.

Q: Do I have an automatic deposit coming in today?
A: Both the Internet banking and telephone banking are updated several times a day with all deposits and withdrawals, so you can check your balances throughout the day to verify your funds.

Q: How can I find out if a particular check has cleared my account?
A: The fastest way to verify if a check has been posted or has cleared is by signing up for our online banking service. After you sign up, you not only begin to build an online transaction history that’s retained for six months, but you can also check electronically to see which specific checks have been processed… all from the comfort of your home or office—instantly!

Q: I need my password reset… what will it be reset to?
A: For access to your Internet banking services, your password will be reset to the social security number (or Federal ID number) that was used to originally sign up (without dashes or spaces). For telephone banking access it will be reset to the last four digits of the social security (or Federal ID number) that the account is listed under.

Q: Did my Internet transfer go through?

A: Memo items are not included in your total because they have not posted to your account. You will need to add and subtract your memo items from the balance provided to you via the Internet.

A: We send updates to Internet banking accounts throughout the day, at 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m.—the final daily file with posted items and balances is sent at 4:00 p.m.
